Ribeye w/ Whiskey Mushrooms ~ 16oz ribeye cooked to your specification and topped with button, portobello, and oyster mushrooms that have been sautéed in oil, deglazed with whiskey, and finished with butter. Served with a wild mushroom risotto cake








Coriander Ahi with Cucumber Carrot Slaw ~  Ahi tuna steaks are lightly seasoned with coriander, ginger, garlic, and cumin. Lightly pan-seared and served with a cucumber and carrot slaw.
