Cajun Shrimp Stuffed Jalapenos  ~ Five jalapenos stuffed with a creamy mixture of diced shrimp, cheese, and blackening seasoning; dredged in cornstarch and served with malt vinegar

Seared Ahi Tuna with Nori and Teriyaki Vegetables ~ Two Ahi steaks seared with Hoisin sauce and topped with Nori. Ribeye with Herb Compound Butter and Garlic Brown Butter Brussel Sprouts  ~ A 16 oz Ribeye cooked to perfection and topped with caramelized red onions and a rosemary thyme compound butter.
