Mussels Bolognese ~

1lb of Mussels tossed with a tomato sauce and Andouille sausage, Portobello mushrooms, roasted chilies, garlic, and onion. Served with baguettes

Rib-Eye Two Ways 

12oz Rib-Eye done two ways. We removed the cap of the Rib-Eye and made a 4oz roulade stuffed with prosciutto and asparagus and pan-seared it. And with the eye, we will grill and plate together. Topped with a whiskey au jus and served with a side of carrots and asparagus

 

 

 

 

 

Orange Duck w/ Bourbon Bacon Sweet Potato 

A 9oz duck breast scored and pan-seared, topped with an orange sauce and paired with a side of sweet potatoes sautéed with bacon and then caramelized with bourbon
