Cajun Shrimp Stuffed Jalapenos  ~ Five jalapenos stuffed with a creamy mixture of diced shrimp, cheese, and blackening seasoning; dredged in cornstarch and served with malt vinegar

Seared Ahi Tuna with Nori and Teriyaki Vegetables ~ Two Ahi steaks seared with Hoisin sauce and topped with Nori. Paired with teriyaki glazed cabbage, carrots, bamboo shoots and green onion                                                                                                               





Ribeye with Herb Compound Butter and Garlic Brown Butter Brussel Sprouts  ~ A 16 oz Ribeye cooked to perfection and topped with caramelized red onions and a rosemary thyme compound butter. Paired with Brussel sprouts that have been sautéed in a garlic brown butter and deglazed with red wine.
